Laguna Lab teams up with The North Bay Get Down to launch a new live music series rooted in deep funk grooves, improvisation, and community energy.
Get On The Bus – The Funk Sessions is a night dedicated to rhythm-forward, dancefloor-driven live funk — featuring touring heavyweights and local groove architects, all inside Sebastopol’s art-forward creative lab.
Get sweaty in pocket, and lift-off.

7:00PM – 8:15PM
A high-octane funk outfit blending classic soul roots with modern jam energy. Tight horns, deep grooves, and serious dancefloor command.
8:30PM – 10:30PM
Led by guitarist Joe Marcinek, this nationally touring ensemble brings a rotating cast of world-class musicians into a high-energy blend of funk, rock, jazz, and improvisational fire. Expect extended jams, surprise moments, and deep-pocket musicianship.
10:30PM – 12AM
