POETRY READING

Next, Tamsin Smith will be hosting a reading at Laguna Lab on Sunday, August 16th, which promises to be a memorable showcase of some of West County’s finest established and rising voices.

Darren Briggs will celebrate the release of his first poetry collection, Rattle of the Wind and Julian Davis will share work from his upcoming book You Are Not Adverse. Social impact and activism has been central to the lives of both Fran Carbonaro and William Greenwood, who will preview work from upcoming releases. Michael Wolfe, seasoned poet, writer, editor, and publisher will close out the afternoon. His writing reflects a lifelong engagement with travel, faith, and the landscapes that shape human experience.

Swing guitarist Joe Szuecs will entertain the crowd throughout.
